A dump truck is a vehicle that unloads goods by hydraulic or mechanical lifting. The engine, chassis and cab of dump trucks are constructed in the same way as those of ordinary trucks.
The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, and there is a cab safety shield at the front of the cabin.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device, and the cabin hydraulic tipping mechanism is composed of oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe.

Due to the large inertia force of the sharp lifting car (generally 5~20 times of the rated lifting force), it is easy to cause frame xxx deformation, carriage and frame welding, oil burning pump or destruction of sealing rings, destruction of hydraulic cylinders and other damage, the service life of the vehicle is reduced, and in serious cases, there will be overturning accidents. Therefore, the general dump truck is prohibited from driving when lifting.
3. After the dump truck is unloaded, the power take-off must be removed before it can be used.
If this operation error occurs, when the dump truck is driving, because the power take-off is in the "engaged" position, the lifting oil pump will run at high speed and without load for a long time in the "small cycle" state. Resulting in the rapid rise of hydraulic oil temperature, it is easy to cause damage to the oil seal of the oil pump, and even the phenomenon of "burning" of the oil pump occurs; More seriously, the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, and it is easy to have an accident in which the carriage automatically rises during driving.
4. The power take-off cannot be located in the "on" position when driving.
If it is in the "on" state (red light on), the oil pump will continue to rotate, and the hydraulic system has a power source, which will cause the carriage to automatically lift due to misoperation on the pneumatically controlled control valve; At this time, even if the pneumatic distribution valve is in the "lowering" position, the oil must enter the oil pump, which will burn out the oil pump.
